Believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ and you will know you have eternal life.
John 6:47
Verily, verily, I say to you, He who is believing into Me has everlasting life (KJ3)
The natural man will never believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ unless God acts upon him. The natural man loves darkness rather than light and is running from the True God. 1 Corinthians 2:14, Romans 3:10-12 John 3:19-20 2 Corinthians 4:6 John 6:35-65 John 3:3,5,8 John 6:44 Ephesians 2:8-10 John 5:24 Genesis 3:8
The Gospel : God promises to save His people from their sins conditioned on the atoning shed blood 🩸 of Jesus Christ and His imputed righteousness alone . Acts 20:28 Revelation 5:9 Matthew 1:21 Matthew 16:18 Romans 4:3-8 John 6:37-39 2 Thessalonians 2:13
God demonstrated Jesus Christ succeeded in saving His people by raising Him from the dead according to scripture. If Jesus would have failed at fulfilling the Law as His people’s substitute, God would not have raised Him from the dead. There was no way He could have failed.
Salvation is a free gift to those God chose from before the foundation of the world conditioned on Jesus Christ’s work and person alone without any contribution from those for whom He lived the perfect life and for whom He shed His blood.
His people will know that their self righteousness will not satisfy God’s holiness, righteousness and justice and that only through the substitutional work of Jesus Christ on behalf of His people will His people be saved from their sins.
God promises to finish the work He starts for His people. After God regenerates His people unto belief of the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ, He continues to work the willing and the doing in His people for His good pleasure.
He gives them a change of mind because He gives them a new heart. He replaces the stony heart with a heart of flesh
All His promised people will come to the knowledge of the truth and Believe the Gospel that saves conditioned on Jesus Christ alone sometime between conception and death.
