John 6:39
And this is the will of the Father sending Me, that of all that He has given Me, I shall not lose any of it, but shall raise it up in the last day.
Comment
Jesus always does the will of the Father. He will save all that The Father gives to Him and raise them up in the last day.
They all will be drawn to Jesus Christ by the Father and Jesus will reveal the Father to All that the father gives to Him. Matthew 11:27-30 Revelation 5:9, 7:9, Acts 20:28
He will work in them the willing and the doing for His good pleasure. He will complete the good work in His people that He starts when He returns making the corruptible into the incorruptible giving them a new incorruptible spiritual body that cannot sin or decay. He will make a new heaven and new earth at His return.

His people were dead in sins and trespasses running from the true Sovereign God through Jesus Christ until He made them alive through regeneration unto belief of the Gospel; giving them a new heart through a new spirit.
They will no longer love the thoughts and ways of the world; the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life.
Once God regenerates you with a new spirit giving you a new heart, you cannot be lost and you will no longer be a child of the devil.
God promises to save His people from their sins conditioned solely on the atoning shed blood of Jesus Christ and His imputed righteousness alone; His people will be taken from every nation, language, tribe and people. John 8:44 Revelation 5:9,7:9 Romans 4:3-8 Matthew 1:21-23

Jesus Christ’s substitutionary work for all the father gives to Him to be saved satisfies the justice of a righteous and holy God; making God just, justifier and a savior. Isaiah 45:21
Jesus lived the perfect life in thought, word and deed for His promised people; a life they can’t and are required to lived.
He was imputed or charged with the sins of His people, His sheep, that He represented and paid the sin debt owed for their sins with His atoning shed blood against a holy and righteous God and they know they have no righteousness of their own but were imputed or charged with His righteousness and that only God is good. Because it is God who said, “Out of darkness Light shall shine,” who shone in our hearts to give the brightness of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Isa. 42:6, 7, 16
Matthew 11:25-30
Answering at that time, Jesus said, I praise You, Father, Lord of Heaven and of Earth, because You hid these things from the sophisticated and cunning and revealed them to babes.
Yes, Father, for so it was pleasing before You.
All things were yielded up to Me by My Father; and no one knows the Son except the Father; nor does anyone know the Father, except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him .
Come to Me, all those laboring and being burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, because I am meek and lowly in heart, “and you will find rest to your souls.” Jer. 6:16
For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.
Question:
What does it look like when God changes a heart gives a new spirit and generates a new creation from above that was once a proud self righteous spiritually dead sinner that couldn’t please God; who is one of His people that He promised to save because it is the will of the Father that Jesus save all that the Father gives to Him to be raised up in the last day ?
3 vivid examples are given in scripture of God generating a new creation because of the work of Jesus Christ alone, making the dead spiritually alive toward the Gospel of Christ,.
1. Thief on the Cross– While Jesus was on the cross the 2 thief’s, one on the right and one left, along with all passing by were mocking Jesus and the gospel.
Sometime during the account while they were on the cross 1 of the 2 thieves stopped mocking Jesus and completely changed.
Luke 23:39
And one of the hanged criminals blasphemed Him, saying, If You are the Christ, save Yourself and us.
Luke 23:40
40 But answering, the other rebuked him, saying, Do you not fear God, for you are in the same judgment?
Luke 23:41
41 And we indeed justly, for we receive things worthy of what we did. But this One did nothing a miss.
Luke 23:42
42 And he said to Jesus, Lord, remember me when You come in Your kingdom.
Luke 23:43
43 And Jesus said to him, Truly I say to you, Today you will be with Me in Paradise.
2. The Tax Collector
The Tax Collector is a blatant example of one of God’s promised people realizing that his self generated righteousness was a filthy menstrual cloth. Isaiah 64:6
He realized he had no hope without God showing him mercy conditioned on Jesus Christ alone.
He asked for mercy and Jesus said that he went home justified which means The Tax Collector was one person that was bought by the atoning shed blood of Jesus Christ and His imputed righteousness.
He was a person God generated from above who shined into the heart the illuminated knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Acts 20:28 Ephesians 1:4,11
Luke 18:10–14
Two men went up into the temple to pray, the one a Pharisee, and the other a tax collector.
The Pharisee was standing, praying these things to himself: God, I thank You that I am not as the rest of men, rapacious, unrighteous, adulterers, or even as this tax collector.
I fast twice in the week; I tithe all things, as many as I get.
And standing at a distance, the tax collector would not even lift up his eyes to Heaven, but smote on his breast, saying, God, be merciful to me, the sinner!
I say to you, this one went down to his house having been justified, rather than that one. For everyone exalting himself will be humbled. And the one humbling himself will be exalted.
3. The Woman with the Alabaster Box
Luke 7:37-50
And, behold, a woman who was a sinner in the city, knowing that He reclined in the Pharisee’s house, taking an alabaster vial of ointment,
and standing at His feet, weeping behind Him , she began to wash His feet with tears. And she was wiping with the hairs of her head. And she ardently kissed His feet and was anointing them with the ointment.
But seeing, the Pharisee who invited Him spoke within himself, saying, This one, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what the woman who touches him is ; for she is a sinner.
And answering, Jesus said to the man, Simon, I have a thing to say to you. And he said, Teacher, say it .
There were two debtors to a certain creditor: the one owed five hundred denarii and the other fifty.
But they not having a thing to pay, he freely forgave both. Then which of them do you say will love him most?
And answering, Simon said, I suppose the one to whom he freely forgave the most. And He said to him, You have judged rightly.
And turning to the woman, He said to Simon, Do you see this woman? I came into your house. You did not give water for My feet, but she washed My feet with tears and wiped off with the hairs of her head.
You gave Me no kiss, but she from when I entered did not stop fervently kissing My feet.
You did not anoint My head with oil, but she anointed My feet with ointment.
For this reason I say to you, her many sins are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, he loves little.
And He said to her, Your sins are forgiven
And those reclining with Him began to say within themselves, Who is this who even forgives sins?
But He said to the woman, Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.
Mark 14:4-9
And some were being indignant to themselves, and saying, To what has this waste of the ointment occurred?
For this could be sold for over three hundred denarii, and to be given to the poor. And they were incensed with her.
But Jesus said, Let her alone. Why do you cause her troubles? She worked a good work toward Me.
For you have the poor with you always, and when you wish, you can do well toward them. But you do not have Me always.
What this one held, she did. She took beforehand to anoint My body for the burial.
Truly I say to you, Wherever this gospel is proclaimed in all the world, what this one did will also be spoken of for a memorial of her.
Comment
The woman must have known Jesus was going to be crucified and the eternal value of the Cross of Christ; since she was willing to spend a years wages to shower Jesus’s body with expensive ointment preparing his body prior to His burial.
1 Corinthians 1:18, 2:14
Jesus said he that loves much has been forgiven much.
God shined into her heart the illumination of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 4:6
Comment
She totally had no regard or care for what the unbelieving people around her thought of her or said. Her only focus was on her savior Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
Romans 1:16-17
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation to everyone believing, both to Jew first, and to Greek;
for in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; even as it has been written, “But the just shall live by” “faith.” Hab. 2:4
John 6:47
Truly, truly, I say to you, the one believing into Me has everlasting life.
All that were judged according to their works to be saved were thrown into the Lake of Fire because they could not provide the perfect righteousness that only Jesus Christ could provide; satisfying the justice of a holy and righteous God.
They did not believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ and were seeking to establish their own righteousness for their salvation and favor with God. They did not submit to the righteousness of God through the work and person of Jesus Christ Romans 10:1-4
1 Corinthians 1:18–21
But, only those that were found in the Book of Life were spared from the 2nd death because their salvation was conditioned on the work of Jesus Christ alone; received by God given faith alone. Revelation 20:11-15
