You Don’t Convert Anyone; God Does, Conditioned On The Work And Person of Jesus Christ Alone.

1 Corinthians 2:2

For I decided not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ, and Him having been crucified.

Comment: The Apostle Paul decided to make known only the most important thing in history; The Cross of Jesus Christ. The Cross of Jesus Christ, His shed blood, is the only condition that pays for the sins of His people Hebrews 9:22 Romans 3:10-12 Romans 8:8-9 Isaiah 6:9-10 Daniel 12:10 unconditionally chosen Ephesians 1:4,11 from before the foundation of the world and only the perfect substitutional sacrifice Hebrews 4:15 Hebrews 10:1-18 is sufficient to impute His perfect righteousness Romans 4:3-8 to His chosen people’s account taken from every nation, even tribe, language and people. Revelation 5:9,7:9 John 10:18

1 Corinthians 2:14

But a natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to know them , because they are spiritually discerned.

1 Corinthians 1:18

For the word of the cross is foolishness to those being lost, but to us being saved, it is the power of God.

1 Corinthians 1:21

For since in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom did not know God, God was pleased through the foolishness of preaching to save the ones believing.

Comment: Only God’s chosen people being saved conditioned solely on the atoning shed blood of Jesus Christ and His imputed righteousness alone will hear His voice John 10:27 through generation from above, who are given a new heart through a new spirit John 3:3,5,8, Matthew 11:25-30 2 Corinthians 4:3-6 unto belief of the Gospel of Jesus Christ Ephesians 2:8-10 that salvation is conditioned on His work and person alone; satisfying a holy and righteous God’s justice; requiring perfection. Ezekiel 36:26 Isaiah 43:7 Romans 9:22-24 Romans 4:3-8

These are the ones judged to be saved by the confession of their mouth which comes out of the heart that has been renewed from above by The Lord Luke 6:45 Romans 9:21 Matthew 12:34. Luke 18:13

John 6:29 Romans 3:24-26 Isaiah 45:21 Luke 18:13 Luke 7:47 Isaiah 64:6 Romans 5:12 Romans 1:16-17 Romans 10:1-4 Hebrews 11:6 It was only God incarnate, Jesus Christ John 1:1-3, 14,18, who was qualified and able to save All the father gave Him to be saved and raised up at the last day. John 6:35-65

Comment: In the above verses we find that the spirit sovereignly blows to whom He wills and makes alive John 5:21 whom He wills unto the belief of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; showing who we can judge to be saved or not saved according to the belief or unbelief of the Gospel.

When one believes the Gospel which includes the first attribute that needs to be respected and believed about God is His sovereignty and His sovereign right, being God, to unconditionally save whom He wills and unconditionally harden, against the Gospel, whom He wills.

Those that have not been regenerated from above unto belief of the Gospel have not been taken out of the family of the Devil or Satan by God.

Eve did not respect God’s sovereign right to plant a tree that could cause death. If Eve believed God’s word instead of doubting God’s character, believing the Serpent that God was a liar, she would not have eaten the fruit; but She was egocentric which caused her to doubt God’s word and believe the lie that was more appealing to the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life. Genesis 3

How many today has the devil convinced through his children and fallen angels that God’s word is not true because it doesn’t appeal to natural man; a child of the devil; a descendant of Adam? John 8:44 2 Thessalonians 2:12-13

In the following verses we, once again, find God’s sovereignty in salvation and that He saves whom He wills to unconditionally save from their sins according to purpose and reprobates unconditionally whom He wills according to purpose and for the benefit of His elect. Romans 9:1:1-33

1 Corinthians 3:3-7

For you are yet fleshly. For where among you is jealousy, and strife, and divisions, are you not fleshly and walk according to man?

For when one may say, Truly I am of Paul, and another, I of Apollos; are you not fleshly?

What then is Paul? And what Apollos, but ministers through whom you believed, and to each as the Lord gave?

I planted, Apollos watered, but God made to grow.

So as neither he planting is anything, nor he watering, but God making to grow Isaiah 43:7

Comment: Above we find that God is responsible for the fruit or growth from His people who labor planting the seed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and watering the seed of what they have planted.

God is responsible for generating from above a new creation which the Spirit sovereignly blows to whomever He chooses unto belief of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Scripture confirms, once again, in several places that faith is the work of God and not the work of man. John 6:29 Romans 10:1-4

John 6:29

Jesus answered and said to them, This is the work of God, that you believe into Him whom that One sent.

John 1:13

who were born not of bloods, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but were born of God.

Romans 9:16

So, then, it is not of the one willing, nor of the one running, but of the One showing mercy, of God.

Philippians 1:29

because it was granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer on His behalf, Matthew 1:21-23

John 5:21

Truly, truly, I say to you, the one who hears My word, and believes the One who has sent Me, has everlasting life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.
