Matthew 15:12

Matthew 5:13

But answering, He said, Every plant which My heavenly Father has not planted shall be rooted up.

Matthew 5:14

Leave them alone. They are blind leaders of the blind; and if the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.

Jesus told the crowd the following

John 6:35-39

Jesus said to them, I am the Bread of life; the one coming to Me will not at all hunger, and the one believing into Me will never ever thirst.

But I said to you that you also have seen Me and did not believe.

All that the Father gives to Me shall come to Me, and the one coming to Me I will in no way cast out.

For I have come down out of Heaven, not that I should do My will, but the will of Him who sent Me.

And this is the will of the Father sending Me, that of all that He has given Me, I shall not lose any of it, but shall raise it up in the last day.

Comment

We understand in John 6:35-39 that Jesus will save and raise up all that the Father unconditionally chooses Romans 9:11, Ephesians 1:4,11 and gives to Jesus for Him to save conditioned on His atoning shed blood and His imputed righteousness alone; apart from works. The perfect substitutional sacrifice for His people makes God just, justifier and a savior.

Romans 3 Romans 4

Below we find Jesus talking to the crowds

John 6:43

Then Jesus answered and said to them, Do not murmur with one another.

John 6:44

No one is able to come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day.

John 8:43

Why do you not know My speech? It is because you are not able to hear My Word.

John 8:44

You are of the Devil as father, and the lusts of your father you desire to do. That one was a murderer from the beginning, and he has not stood in the truth, because there is no truth ( spirit of Christ) in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own, because he is a liar, and the father of it.

John 6:63

It is the Spirit that gives life. The flesh does not profit, nothing! The words which I speak to you are spirit and are life.

John 6:64

But there are some of you who are not believing. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were not believing, and who was the one betraying Him.

John 6:65

And He said, Because of this, I have told you that no one is able to come to Me except it is given to him from My Father.

John 10:26

But you do not believe for you are not of My sheep, as I said to you.

Comment– We see confirmation of God’s sovereignty, once again, in unconditionally choosing His vessels of mercy and reprobating Vessels of wrath fitted out for destruction See ( Romans 9) in John 3:8

John 3:8

The Spirit breathes where He desires, and you hear His voice; but you do not know from where He comes, and where He goes; so is everyone who has received birth from the Spirit.

In the following we find the self righteous unsaved Israelites not knowing the righteousness of God through Jesus Christ were trying to establish their own righteousness trying to gain favor and salvation with God; but you will notice the Apostle is praying to God for their salvation; which establishes the fact that God is sovereignly in control of who is saved through generation from above with a new spirit unto belief of the Gospel of Jesus Christ that salvation is conditioned on Him alone; apart from works.

Romans 10:1-4

Brothers, truly my heart’s pleasure and supplication to God on behalf of Israel is for it to be saved.

For I testify to them that they have zeal to God, but not according to knowledge.

For being ignorant of the righteousness of God, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they did not submit to the righteousness of God.

For Christ is the end of law for righteousness to everyone that believes.

Anyone still seeking favor with God by seeking to establish their own righteousness which is a filthy menstrual cloth Isaiah 64:6 has not been given a new heart through a renewed spirit unto belief of the Gospel that Jesus Christ’s work and person are the only grounds of salvation. John 3:3,5,8 Romans 1:16-17, Romans 3 Romans 4:3-8 Romans 9

2 Corinthians 4:6

Because it is God who said, “Out of darkness Light shall shine,” who shone in our hearts to give the brightness of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Isa. 42:6, 7, 16

Romans 8:28-35

But we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to purpose;

because whom He foreknew, He also predestinated to be conformed to the image of His Son, for Him to be the First-born among many brothers.

But whom He predestinated, these He also called; and whom He called, these He also justified; but whom He justified, these He also glorified.

What then shall we say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

Truly He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up for us all, how will He not freely give us all things with Him?

Who will bring any charge against God’s elect? God is the One justifying!

Who is he condemning? It is Christ who has died, but rather also is raised, who also is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?

2 Thessalonians 2:13

But we ought to thank God always concerning you, brothers, beloved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning to salvation in sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth,

Isaiah 46:10

declaring the end from the beginning, and from the past those things which were not done, saying, My purpose shall rise; and, I will do all My desire;

Proverbs 16:4

Jehovah has made all for His purpose, yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

Revelation 4:11

Lord, You are worthy to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because You created all things, and through Your will they exist and were created.

All God’s Children of Promise will come to the knowledge and belief of the Gospel of Jesus Christ sometime between conception and death through the work of God

John 6:29

Jesus answered and said to them, This is the work of God, that you believe into Him whom that One sent.

Ephesians 2:8-10

For by grace you are saved, through faith, and this not of yourselves; is the gift of God;

not of works, that not anyone should boast;

for we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God before prepared that we should walk in them.
