He Turned Their Heart

Jehovah turned their heart to (sin).

Psalm 105:25

It is commonly put forth that God is not the Author of Sin; and it is true He does not perform or commit the sin that He causes and controls for His purpose; according to His will, His glory and for the good of His people that love God that He promised to save through the work of Jesus Christ alone.

Proverbs 16:4 Revelation 4:11 Isaiah 46:9-11 Romans 11:36 Isaiah 48:9 Matthew 19:29 Romans 8:28-30 Matthew 1:21 Romans 3 Romans 4 Romans 1:16-17 Ephesians 2:8-10 Daniel 4:35 John 6:37-44, John 6:65

Adam brought spiritual death and physical death to his descendants as the representative head of the fallen human race.

Adam desired to eat the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil; which alludes to the idea that Adam did not trust God’s word above all else; “for In the day of the eating of it Dying you shall die”.

The wages of sin is death and death passed to all men since all have sinned; except The Word was God and with God became flesh; Savior of the world. For that in Mary was generated of Holy Spirit.

In the beginning was The Word and The Word was with God and The Word was God. And The Word became flesh and tabernacled among us. The glory of God was in the face of Jesus Christ who promised to save His people; rescuing them from fallen humanity. His shed blood and imputed righteousness was for the good of His people that He promised to save Matthew 1:20-21 Genesis 2:17 Genesis 3:6-8 John 1:1-3, 14, 18 Romans 5:12 Romans 6:23 2 Corinthians 4:6 John 6:37-44 John 10:28-30

God desires to show His wrath and make His power known. He endured in much long suffering vessels having been fitted out for destruction in order that He make known the riches of His glory on vessels of mercy which He before prepared for glory. Romans 9:21-24

In the following verses we see that Jehovah is in control of thoughts and actions by His turning the heart which ultimately is to accomplish His purpose according to His will and the benefit of His people whom He loves and corrects. Whom the Lord loves, he chastises. Proverbs 3:12 Hebrews 12:6 Romans 9:15 18 Romans 9:22-23

Proverbs 21:1

As streams of waters, the king’s heart is in the hand of Jehovah; He extends it wherever He desires.

Ezra 6:22

22 And they performed the Feast of Un-
leavened Bread seven days with joy. For Je- hovah had made them joyful, and had turned the heart of the king of Assyria to them, to make their hands strong in the work of the house of God, the God of Israel.
