Scripture tells us God fulfills His promise of saving His people from being punished for their sin. God unconditionally chose His people according to purpose and the counsel of His Will from before the foundation of the world out of every nation, even tribes, and peoples and language and saved them conditioned on the work and person of Jesus Christ alone. Ephesians 1:4 Romans 3 Romans 1:16-17 Romans 4:3-8 John 6:29 Ephesians 1:11 Matthew 1:21 Deut. 7:8-10; Josh. 21:44-45; 23:14; 2 Sam. 23:3-5; Ps. 89:24-37; 132:11; Is. 45: 23; 46:9-11; 54:9-10; Jer. 33:20-21,25-26; Acts 13:32-33; Rom. 15:8-9; 2 Cor. 1:19-20; 1 Thes. 5:24; Titus 1:1-3; 2 Pet. 3:9-13; Heb. 6:13-20.

God generates from above each and everyone of His people with a new spirit; generating a new heart unto belief of the gospel of Jesus Christ unto salvation. He shone into their hearts the illumination of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ John 3:3,5,8 John 6:29 2 Corinthians 4:6 2 Thessalonians 2:13 Philippians 1:13,29 Ezekiel 36:26

God gives them eyes to see and ears to hear. He causes them to thirst after His righteousness. He draws them to Jesus Christ. They come believing the Gospel. Matthew 5:6 Matthew 13:16 John 12:32 Luke 18:13 Luke 23:39-43 Romans 1:16-17 Romans 3 Romans 4:3-8

His people will love Him because He first loved them. He was humiliated, tortured and punished while shedding His blood for payment of their sin; living the perfect life in thought, word and deed that His people couldn’t live.

He was their vicarious sacrificial lamb slaughtered from before the foundation of the world; because all fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:19-31 1 John 4:19 John 18:22 19:1-3, 23,24 1 Peter 2:2 Hebrews 9:22 Romans 3:23 Isaiah 53:10-12

Romans 3:21-26

But now apart from law a righteousness of God has been revealed, being witness by the Law and the Prophets,

Even the righteousness of God through the faith of Jesus Christ toward (given to) all and upon (rests on) all the (ones) believing; for there is no difference,

for all sinned and fall short of the glory of God; being justified undeservedly by His grace through the redemption in Christ Jesus,

whom God set forth as a propitiation through the faith in His blood, for a demonstration of His righteousness through the passing over of the sins that had taken place before, in the forbearance of God,

for a demonstration of His righteousness in the present time, for His being a just (One) and justifying the (one) that (is) of the faith of Jesus.

Because everything having been generated of God overcomes the world, and this is the victory overcoming the world, our faith

2 Thessalonians 2:13-14

But we ought to thank God always concerning you, brothers, having been loved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning to salvation in sanctification of (the) Spirit and belief of the truth

to which He called you through our gospel, to obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Out of love for what Jesus Christ did for His people, they will strive to keep His commandments; waiting for His return when he will wipe away all tears and all things will become new and the corruptible will made incorruptible. Sin and death will be eliminated John 14:15 1 Corinthians 15:53-55 Revelation 21:45

Those people found in the Book of life will not be thrown into the Lake of Fire because Jesus Christ paid for their salvation conditioned on His atoning shed blood and His imputed righteousness.

And If anyone builds on this foundation that Jesus Christ laid with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, grass, straw, the work of each (one) will be revealed; for the Day will make it known, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire will prove the work of each (one), what sort it is. If the work of anyone which he built remains, he will receive a reward. If the work of anyone shall be burned down, he shall suffer loss; but he will be saved, but so as through fire.

2 Corinthians 3:11-15
