2 Peter 2:1 (KJ 3) translation
But (there) also came to be false prophets among the people, as also among you will be false teachers who will secretly bring destructive heresies, even denying the (One) having bought them, (the) Master, bringing swift destruction on themselves

Here are 2 interpretations
(1) They weren’t known or revealed as false teachers in the beginning when they first confessed belief in the atonement … but later it was made made manifest when they were exposed finally divulging the originally brought in “secretly” destructive heresies even denying their original claim that The Master bought them; showing they never truly believed and weren’t actually purchased by Christ’s blood. He only died for the elect who the father gives to Him to whom He works heart felt faith in the Gospel.
(2) The Greek word 1203
1203despótēs (from posis, “husband”) – properly, an authority figure (“master”) who exercises complete jurisdiction (wields unrestricted power).
Means they even denied the Master who has complete jurisdiction and power over them. In others words, owns them or is the master that delivered or bought them out of temporal deliverance or earthly tragedies such as the master rescuing them out of the hands of Egypt which does not necessitate being actually bought by the blood of Jesus Christ Deuteronomy 32:5-6 Acts 4:24 2 Peter 2:12-13
Comment
What ever the interpretation of bought is, it does not reflect being bought effectually by the blood of Jesus Christ for salvation
